I love my cousin(mother's sister's son). We both love each other and spent 8years in relationship. We belong to Hindu community. Is it possible to get married anyhow.

no you both cannot get married to each other under the law but if you guys love each other then it is always possible to cohabit outside the jural relationship. and honestly speaking even if you marry nothing happens because who would care about the legality of the marriage. you can live in a make belive world where you would think that you are legally married and unless some complication happens which questions the validity of the marriage no one really cares. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
