I lost my brother recently and he left behind 1 flat and now I wanted to know the procedure of transferring property to his wife and children names, can it be done online and if not what's the offline process, documentation and fees etc.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you want to transfer the property in the name of brother wife it can be done by providing the death certificate which is issued by the nagar nigam it cannot be done online for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
