I lent money to my big mother borrowing from someone for interest and she gave it to someone else...it's been a year that I have received any money....she is not taking any initiative....I borrowed loan from my big mom for personal use....now can I consider that as my money settlement and stop paying the loan...what trouble will it cause me

Dear Sir, Yes, you can settle the loan amount since she had taken loan from you one year back. You need not return back any amount by way of monthly installments. Ask her to go to Court and if she files any case then you can defend by saying that she is not giving back your amount.
