Hi,
I am a 32 years old self-employed woman. My mother has mentally and physically tortured me to make me say yes to marriage. She had forced me to like the profiles of prospective matches even though they turned out to be fake. Now she is telling me I have to marry the man they choose for me. I won't have any choice in this matter. I don't know what to do.
strange as it seems you being self employed suggest is financially independent and can take the decision of your life in your own way unfettered by any coercion. if you still feel threatened then contact police Or you can even approach the protection officer or the district legal services authority for necessary legal help.
