I have a query pertaining to marrying my third cousin

I am from E champaran bihar. I am hindu.I love a girl. She loves me too. But the problem is she is my grandfather's fathers brother's sons granddaughter i.e my third cousin how can I marry har.
As per Hindu rituals you can't as marriage in same gotra is prohibited. But as per Special Marriage Act there is no prohibition like gotra and religion. Therefore , you can get marriage under Special Marriage Act.

According to Hindu law you can not marry in same blood mean own bro and sis but u can do if ur bro is nt from ur blood.u should go before marriage registrar and proove two witnesses that u r nt own sis and bro
