I got secretly married in 2019 due to my husband's ex lover demand to marry him . so in the presence of my husband's parents we got married and my father and my step mom are also agreed to marriage but they didn't attend marriage due to some reasons actually my husband's mother is my dad's own sister.after the marriage we got registered our marriage and then we seperated and live with our parents because my husband's elder brother is not married at that time . after that we are in touch because

hi if you want divorce then you could file petition on grounds of mental and physical cruelty and if he is not looking after you then you could file for maintenance and for other reliefs in court for basic needs
