I got Samoans from court for mediation .

I have HMP 125 court case, and also OTHER Harassment case from my wife. Can I refuses to Received Samoans and attending Mediation?

A summons from the Court is a legal notice for appearance. If you deny the same and do not remain present then the court has power to issue Bailable warrant and thereafter Arrest warrant. your available at your home you can't refuse. after receiving you must attend court along with advocate. your lawyer request for mediation,. mediation center also available. you and your wife can discuss..
