I do not wish to divide my property after divorce

I am in a sexless marriage from 2 years and I have proof of that from hospital consultation etc. I am thinking to buy a property on my own name and do no wish to give any part of it to my husband after divorce. What should I do?

You mean to say, after Marriage, you Husband has never engaged in Sex with you, My God. This is cruelty. On the basis of this Cruelty, you can file seek Unilateral Divorce. As far as your Property is concerned, he cannot demand it. At the most, he can demand maintenance if you are earning more than him.
