I cannot tolerate mother in law and sister in laws mental harrasment.

My mother in law and sister in law always says insulting words and will always interfere in all matters between me and husband, they are having a narcissistic trait. I am staying away from them for my work and husband is working in abroad. Me and my 4 yr old son stays together. inlaws want me to leave my child with them, they says they have authority on my child, and forces my husband to do so . if i leave my son they will manipulate him.can i move legally to make my child stay with me?
you can move a petition by invoking provisions under the guardians and wards act to declare you as the legal guardian of the child and in such instance no one could control your biological guardianship over your child in any manner. the option mentioned is only at the instance your husband also in company with his sisters and mother. second option is to lodge a complaint before the police regarding the acts of the in laws and mother towards the child which shall attract the offences under juvenile justice act

I advise you that as the mother, you have full legal custody of your 4-year-old child. Your in-laws have no legal authority. If they interfere, seek legal protection under family and custody laws. You can seek remedy under dv act for harassment by in-laws.
