I and my wife married for 1.2 years till now my wife didn't stay in my house even for 1 month everytime she's staying in there parents house and demanding money. We have 1 babynMy family has multiple discussions with my wife and her parents, still there is no change in there behaviornnPlease request to help me on filing RCR, I have contacted many lawyers in bangalore everyone quoting minimum 25k. But I don't have that much budget

if you intend to file RCR you can file it by drafting a petition under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act, if fees are the problem you have to arrange depending with the lawyer you need to hire, the fees also depend upon the facts and circumstances, place you intend to file. hence if you are interested to file RCR you are free to call me, will try to help you out by quoting the reasonable fees
