I and my husband - hindus.did intercaste marriage. My husband tied thali form me in photo studio .,edited it with temple background and surrendered in Tirunelveli DGP office.police didn't found they originality.. called our parents spoke to them..got a letter from both family.and from me mutual consent.No it's 5 years and we are having 3 years old girl child.Does my marriage valid? As per Hindu law.. special law and customary marriage law. As we didn't do any marriage rituals .

Your marriage is valid. Since you already have a child, the court will not go into the validity of the marriage. You can very well claim maintenance and other marriage related benefits if your husband failed to take care of you.
