Cruel Widowed unemployed Stepmother filed false dv case u/s 12,18,19,20,21,22 against me. She has no child. Took all money from my fathers savings, fixed deposit from bank and postoffice. Again sent u/s 23 case to appear for interim hearing. What should be done? We have filed written objection. Affidivit will be produced. Will interim maintenance order will be declared on first interim hearing? How can it be stopped?

get the proceeding quashed from the high court under section 482 if you have enough evidence of the appropriation of your fathers money by her. Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LLB (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.
