I am married women in arranged marriage my parents forcing me to file fake FIR against my husband and his family false 498A and DV ect. Now I am living with my parents and I fear of they will force me to sign on false FIR. what can I do because if I don't sign FIR my parents and corrupt police understand that I am not with my parents. And they will not allow me to present in court.And if I sign the false FIR my in-laws and my husband face many problems. What can I do please help..

You can inform a Senior Police Officer of SP/SSP Rank that your parents are forcing you to make a false FIR on your matrimonial family. This must be in writing and a receiving must be obtained from the Senior Police Officer's Office by getting the department stamp on the xerox copy of the above written information.

Even if you file an FIR there will be certain counselling sessions and mediations which will be there. It does not matter because at the time of counselling session you can always say that you want to be with your husband after this matrimony
