I am married woman and I want to run away with my lover

My friend a married woman and unhappy with relationship my husband is not giving me a divorce n family also doesn't support he is harrasing my friends for this action wat can be done..I want to run away

You cannot marry other person without legally divorcing your current husband. You need to file for divorce by mutual consent if your husband agree for it. Otherwise, you need to file for divorce after establishing proper grounds. If you run away with other married person, you might be guilty of adultery. Even your subsequent marriage is not valid.

The question is not clear. It appears it is your personal problem and posed question as if it is a problem of your friend. Any way I decided to answer your question. Firstly you must learn to be straight in your approach, no need of fear in your mind. First get legal divorce otherwise you will be booked for an offence under the provisions of Indian Penal Code.
