I am going to leave my husband, my marriage is compromise by my parents. 1 moth of my marriage and I am not want to stay with my husband he didn't talk me also i didn't so I said to him I am leaving this house and go for live in separate. So what should I do after leaving husband home.

If you and your husband are agree then you both can file divorce petition with mutual understanding in these circumstances court will grant you decree of divorce, and if your husband is not agree then you can file criminal cases under DV Act and more to compel him. contact me for further support.

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you and you have already decided to move apart then rather then dragging your relationship it’s better for both of you to just apply for maximum six months mutual divorce through a settlement deed. Going through your case, I can see that your marriage bond has not been established properly. If you want to separate from your husband, you have various legal options, you can start with sending him legal notice for separation/divorce and can proceed with litigation like judicial separation and divorce. It's a matter of your life so decide accordingly.
