I am going to get divorced soon but have not filed a case yet. I have a child and my husband is saying that he is not the father of the child. Now my sister and her husband want to adopt my child. They already have 2 children. Is adoption possible before divorce and without my husband's consent?

hello I got your query , there can be no adoption without a consent of parents (both husband and wife ) even though separated or get divorced if either of the parent does not want to kept the child after divorce then there is no consent should be taken from that person . let us know if you need any further the legal assistance .
