i am from india and marrid in hindu marriage act
currently i am in gulf with my wife and 9months kid
my wife is torchuring me and herassing me sor silly reasons and and comming to india back when i ask. Wife parents beat my parents in india and my parents raised FIR.
she tried to do sucide also here in gulf to take down that FIR.
what i can do now
Yella Habibi. Feel grateful that your wife hasn't visited the local Police of the Gulf country. Gulf laws are strict, Lawyers are very very expensive(Your yearly package will be his one month salary), Bail amount is higher, Fines are in Lakhs Dirhams. Your entire savings will get toasted and life will be roasted if she approaches the Local Police Station or even community service for help. She will get a decent food, shelter, advocacy and many other benefits. (I just know about UAE) . . .
Yes, this is hard but true. So try to calm yourself,your wife and each other parents and try to resolve the matter amicably. Resolve the issue with the talks and negotiations and Do not make any false moves while in Gulf.
Even in India, if she makes such suicide attempts then you shall have to spend a couple of years to a decade of your life in prison.
You are admitting the fact that the reasons aren't big but silly. So Why don't you ignore silly things. Try to settle the things amicably among yourself or with your trust worthy people by taking a break, else make a move towards the Divorce as the last option but don't make any provocative moves either in India or in Gulf.
