He there, m Rahul I have to ask you something plz let me know what to do, m 28 years and I used to drugs but from last 3 months I give up but now I have a brother and my mom in the family and my wife, but my mom and brother every time scared me for put me in rehabilitation center for 1-2 years and no one will listen and care me as they did before for 3 months so hardly I came out form there, how to get independent from them, I don't take drugs still I have scared every night in my heart they will put me in drug center it's bad then prison what should I do plz help me and tell me my laws, which form and application I should put to sleep good nights and be out of this tensions, plz tell me so I meet with lawyer also which one u suggestion me in ludhiana. 1) file a protection for your life and liberty is ccompromised on false pretext.
2) you cannot be deprived from liberty it is your constitutional right.
3) it can be claimed against any person eventhey are family members. You can file it at any time and court will immediately grant you freedom.
4) in case of any infringment strict action can be taken against persons included amd even on rehabiliation center.
