I am 23 year old, enginnering student at present I'm unemployed and so I stay with my mother, she beats me tortures me mentally for some other person she is in relation with, my father expired when I was 2 years of age, Please help me I'm really suffering, even today she hit me badly and also abused me.

The best thing you can do is to file a complaint to the police against the said acts of torture and assault, further you can search a job for Yousef and start living in same house but by making partition, if she denies to give you share in property you have to file a suit for partition and seperate possession.

your mother put you into a unbearable physical and/or mental torture you can filed application under Domestic Violence Act against your mother for protection order and shelter. Consult a competent legal expert.
