I am 23 year old and I want to run away from my house with my mother

Me and my mother want to runaway from my house because of my abusive father, but even if we runaway there are chances that he will complaint to police station as we have robbed him or something that not even true, so I want to know what type of things that I should be take into consideration to keep my side strong, even if it went to court.

why do u even want to run away. call police if he hits u. u both can file a domestic violence against him. u will be protected by police and protection officer will be alloted to you for your safety. call on 100 next time if he tries to touch u.
