I am 20 and I want to leave my fathers house but I’m afraid he won’t m

I am 19 yr old female, I told my father about my boyfriend. My father is practicing unnecessarily restrictions over my and my lifestyle including my college goings. I want to move out because is this and I want my father to stop coming after me. What can I do? My boyfriend has nothing to do with this situation and I’m afraid my father will come after him too. How can we stop that?

Since you have attained your majority then you have all rights to take decisions on your own and choose your own lifestyle in which you wish to live. You can always serve your father a legal notice regarding your thoughts of living with freedom and also pen down an intimation letter to the police station of your area just in case your father does anything wrong to your boyfriend. Yes, I understand your query about your restriction by your father and as per Indian constitution everyone has own freedom and liberty and not to stop to anyone. According to eye of law you have to file a complaint against him in CAW cell about facts or you can serve a legal notice to him
