Husbend told no child he shows attiude. He also slap with me.

It as been since 3year of marriage.we dont have child my husbend show attiude. He dont want to plan a baby. He is not intersted baby and sex. Wt legal action i take

Where the parties are young and the mental disorder is of such a type that sexual act and procreation of children is not possible it may furnish a good ground for nullifying the marriageSection 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) requires a husband to support his wife (who is otherwise unable to maintain herself)

either you have to make him understand the importance of married life and other things, or you have to take legal action by filing a case for divorce if you are not happy and the said marriage is not working, you can also ask for permanent alimony or maintenance if you intend to divorce, further try to make him understand through friends, relatives and elders of not you have to take a decision whether to proceed with him or take a decision to divorce him.
