Husband's extra marital relationship

My brother is having extra marital relationship with the women and she is pregnent and claiming that she is married with my brother so what should my brother legal should do in this condition
If she claims that she got married with your brother then such marriage will be illegal and she will not be entitled for any claim but that child will have all legal rights on your brother as said child will be out of wed lack. Also that women can file criminal prosecution against your brother.
