Husband(66) wants to giveaway his assets to 3rd person not wife

Husband wants to give away all his assets to third person but not his wife.
They both are married for more than 33 years both are above 63 years. Both have 3 independent adult children. Husband has only 2 main assets(1 is ancestral agricultural land and other is 2bhk apartment).
Questions are
1- does the wife have right in this case?
2- what options does the wife have to fight(legal/other options)?
3- can we do anything which can stop / prevent the husband from doing his part?

your first questions answer is yes wife have equal right in husband's property but she must enroll his name in property extracts your second question answer is make and application for including wife's name in property extract as itar hack then make an paper publication about it and your third questions answer is mein paper publication by advocates legal notice that no one purchase those properties because that reason it will automatically stop him from selling the property for more suggestion I required some documents
