husband works & stays out of india &does not take his wife along with

My husband is staying in Germany.we got married on 2nd Feb ,it's been 10months .I'm staying in kolkata.he is continuously delaying or giving excuses of not taking me with him to Germany.but i want to be with him.even now my in laws are giving invalid excuses against me.What should I do in order to stay with my husband? Because discussions are not helping Anymore .he is a blue card holder

dear client as per your query since you want to live with your husband talk to him say what you want or if you want send him legal notice you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

you may be advised to file a case of restitution of conjugal right case against your husband but the process and judgment and execution will certainly take time and this wouldn't serve much purpose. rather try to arrange your tickets and after going to Germany file your case there for restitution of conjugal rights. it would be fast and easier although expensive. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.
