Husband wants to remarry abroad without divorce in India

If a husband (Indian citizen) remarries or shows intention of remarrying in foreign country without filing for divorce in India, what legal action can be taken against him by wife and how will he be prosecuted by Indian court?
before answering your quary, you need to tell us that whether he is living with you or he is living abroad. yes you can take legal action as per law of land as you are a legally wedded wife and not separated by any law.

According to indian law no one can remarry if his/her spouse living. If your husband remarry without getting divorce he may be prosecute under section 494 of Indian penal code. But if he shows only intension to remarry in that case no provisions has been provider in the indian legal system but with the help of lawyer you may also file criminal case for that too.
