Husband restricts my parents visiting me

We are married for 10yrs having 8yr old son. As accepted between the 2 families my parents gave shreedhan and dowry. Their greed rose after marriage but I didn't fall prey for them, this I handled within the family instead of handling them legally. They use sluggish and clumsy language on me and my parents. To show the bitterness towards me they don't visit us, showing this my husband restricts my parents visiting me, also he is strict about my trip to my parents home. I prefer to be a homemaker coz I wished my son gets complete love and care, also till date my husband has kept de finance dark

This is a clear case of dowry harrassment, popularly know as 498A case. Although it is 10 years u can file a police compliant, if u feel u shud not give police complaint just threaten him by giving an Advocate notice, and state that u want monthly maintenance for u and u r kid, things shud fall in place. If it still does not happen file a case for manitenance u /s. 125 of CRPC
