Husband not ready to give maintenance and asking to live separately

I was living in my in-laws property nd Complete 3 year of marriage. My in-laws want to me to live on rent without my husband. My husband took me on rent by taking in his confidence that i will live with you and gives you all expenses. But after living his parents house, he denies from all things said by him, he never comes to me and dont pay any expenses apart from rental. Can they get out me from their property. I left my job for 3 year after marriage and remain ideal at home even after professionally qualified. In those 3 years also i made my all expenses from my savings only, nothing given by in parent in law and husband. Now after many effort i got job last year at very low salary. Now they want to take advantages of this that you are professionaly qualified CA and earning well now. They hv done brainwash of my husband nd he is not with me at all. He never gives me money for regular expense since marriage any now denies to pay my daughter school fee. He never listen to me and n

Dear Client,

Though you are professionally qualified and getting maintenance for yourself might be difficult (however you did not disclosed earning capacity of your husband) but you can claim maintenance for your daughter from your husband.

you can file case under Domestic Violence Act against your husband , and his parents.

You can claim maintenance from your husband to the extent of maintaining same standard of living which you used to while living with him since you are a qualified professional capable of earning and If your husband is more prosperous than you .
