Husband not ready to give maintenance and asking to live separately

I was living in my in-laws property nd Complete 3 year of marriage. My in-laws want to me to live on rent without my husband. My husband took me on rent by taking in his confidence that i will live with you and gives you all expenses. But after living his parents house, he denies from all things said by him, he never comes to me and dont pay any expenses apart from rental. Can they get out me from their property. I left my job for 3 year after marriage and remain ideal at home even after professionally qualified. In those 3 years also i made my all expenses from my savings only, nothing given by in parent in law and husband. Now after many effort i got job last year at very low salary. Now they want to take advantages of this that you are professionaly qualified CA and earning well now. They hv done brainwash of my husband nd he is not with me at all.
