husband not giving Payment of Maintenance for me and for my children

My husband is not paying maintenance for me and my kids for 5 to 6 months what should we do now when i ask him about money he is telling us wait for 2-3 days i wait but still not giving then return i ask for money then he start talking about different things but still not giving what should we do now
