Husband not considering me as wife

My husband and I got married against our family and we don't have any legal proof. Now he's going for a second marriage. We have a 1 year old baby together. He's telling everyone in public that I am just his girlfriend because of lack of legal proof. What are my legal rights? Please advise.

There is a provision in law for declaration of legal right. File a suit for declaration snd parallely move an application for injunction to restrain his second marriage. If needed, apply for dna test of ur baby with ur husband. You will succeed.

do you have marriage photographs? when your baby was born, did you not get the father's name on records? pls check if you have any document like rent agreement, adhaar card, passport, etc. where your name is entered as his wife. this will require deeper consideration.

u can file maintenance case and dv act case u can file a police complaint against him. you and your baby will get right of maintenance and come to Saket court and I will file all ur cases though u don't have proof of marriage
