Husband not appearing to the court for 125 CRPC case

01-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Neither the husband nor any lawyer appeared on his behalf in 125 crpc though the summon was received at my matrimonial address. There was no acknowledgement received by the court but post office gave a letter confirming the receipt of the summon. What steps to take. Kindly advice

If your husband have received the summon then where the acknowledgement got vanished? The summon was sent through Court only. Believing your words that the summon was received,if they do not appear then issue a warrant of arrest from the Learned Court.

The Court Notice must reach to pop. Party, at least he should have knowledge about the case that have filed by his partner. If the Notice is not received or acknowledged then she have to disclose the matter in the local News paper.

Tell the whole situation to the judge. ask your lawyear to move before the judge. Show proof of receipt of summon by husband. Warrant of arrest should be issued against your husband. In section 125 crpc
