What shall I do... This affairs was secret but now they r threatening n blak mailing both x wife n 3 kids 2 married n 1 unmarried 20 yrs I had been divorce since 20 yrs.... VerballynWe dnt have papers of nikahnama n divorce both have no proofs. Please advice mehdihg. [email protected]

divorce decree is a court document that is a final judgment from divorce court. It contains information about your case including spousal support, child support, custody, visitation, property division, and other information only court can issue the decree

there is no such divorce which you are calling verbally divorce. so there are some procedures and you have to follow the procedure until your wife has every right to claim maintenance for her and for her children and you have legal duty to pay them.
