Husband making profile on matrimony site due to in law's issues

I am married 3yrs ago me and my husband are not staying together due in laws and family issue however as we both travel a lot we keeping metting each other evry 15 days go for vacations,we at same time are trying to convince respective family members to forgive each other for the problems we have faced ,however I priyanka my family is taking time to get convinced as my husband in anger had abused my family Memebers and they still feel he will behave the same ,.however now from 1st May when my husband was not getting expected reply from my family members he stopped talking to me ..when at same time I told them I am trying my best to convince my family so just give me sometime ..in the mean time he is not ready to wiat as he and his mother is saying his time is getting wasted and he wants to get settled in his life so now I got to knw he has created profile on matrimony site is this allowed

Dear Madam,
First of all, you should decide what exacrly you want from this marraige, if you want to be with him for the rest of your life you may please took appointment of counseller who are capable of handling issues and who are also capable to settel down things betweem the family.
If you do not wish to be with him, i.would suggest you that you may file divorce petition in the family court.
There is option also for thr mutual comsent divorce.
Before that please decide what exctly ypu want from.this marraige.
