Husband is not ready to withdraw divorce case even after Mediation.

10-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
Husband has filed divorce on cruelty.I really dont want divorce.I want to win the case on merit basis as of I know he dont have enough evidences to win the case.So wanted to know if he proceeds with the case how much time court will take to decide the case.As of know only one last session of mediation is pending.Mediator also tried to make him understand but he is not listening. And he is doing this under influence of his parents.

if you have better evidence than after the procedure of mediation you have to emphasise on filing of evidence and take short dates and after evidence of your husband file your evidence and than only step is arguments and thereafter judgement. you need a swift lawyer to conclude the matter otherwise it will go on for yeas.

If you really don't want divorce then you should move with Petition for restitution of conjugal rights and also you should keep your case properly before court in which he had filed divorce Petition. If he is not having proper grounds to prove cruelty then he will not get divorce one side. So no need to worry.
