Husband involved with divorced woman,does not listen to me,what to do

Hello sir.. I wanted to know what is the ipc act for a divorcee woman who loves a married man who is not a divorcee. . Actually me and my husband had fight somedays before for some family issues. .and in anger he went to a marriage site and search for a divorcee woman. ..and he got a divorcee and went meet her to kolkotta. Now that divorcee women taking advantage of that. .and trying to break my family. ..she has said something for which my husband doesn't listen anything from me..and every time threatening to me for divorce. ..and they both speaking over phone and keep massaging on whatsapp till 2.30. .3 am at night.. So plz give some suggestions to tackle this situation. ..and what is the ipc act for that divorcee. .. Thanks on advance. .

Madam, you said that your husband is threatening you with divorce. It is not easy in Law for a husband to divorce a wife. You need to give more details as to your jobs, children financial positions. Also, since that woman is living far way it is not easy to tackle her matter . Do you have her number or address ? come with all these details.

Just because there are messages you cannot file any complaint against anybody unless there is a con Crete material. Better resolve the issue within yourself. In case you want to preserve your marriage and it is not possible through amicable talks while it petition under domestic violence Act

First you have to give a police complaint on you husband for extra marital affair and also make sure that he will not commit this offence again. you should also send a legal notice to him for restitution of Conjugal rights, basis on that he cannot give you divorce.
