Husband has obtained divorce without my consent

Hi, recently we got know my husband has obtained divorce without my consent with pending cases. Since I was abroad during covid. Holding all the assets as well as all the gold gifted by parents with him. What do I do inthis case?

hi you need to file set aside petition in the appellate court that no notice had been served on you and that your version had not been heard by the court below and you need to substantiate your case that you are intersted in marriage

hello madam this is Abhijeeth advocate madam we need to setaside his judgement along with it we move a petition for injunction restraining your assets from being sold and attach his property in divorce proceedings we can all this in divorce case he filed

according to your say, he might be obtained an exparte decree of divorce. you can file a petition for reopen the matter for setting aside the exparte decree, with a petition for condonation of the delay occurred so far with valid reasons.
