24-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
My husband has filed a written case in police in matrimonial problem. Police came to give me a notice to appear for counselling inn police station. My husband also was given notice for the same. I went on the day of counselling, but my husband did not come. Will they take any action against him?

No. Since it’s a matter for settlement, another date would be given and if does not appear again and again, then the complaint can be shut. For any further information please feel free to contact Thanks

You need not worry…it’s just a counselling session. Just keep on attending the counselling on alternative dates and if the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you then rather then dragging your relationship you should also file a counter complaint against your husband. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Does your husband want divorce or is he just threatening you ‘ What are his intentions behind the complaint Against you ! Plz b in touch
