Husband has no right to do any kind of cruelty whether physical or mental cruelty, but it is your family matter, so try to solve it within the family with the help of elders and if doesn't work and out of limit then u can file a complaint but remember if u directly go for a complaint then your matrimonial relationship might be in danger For better advice consult an advocate with full details ....

Hi, Do you have proofs of payments been given to husband and next thing is you can file case against him for the harassment been happening to you. You can talk with your parents before the same and if not soughted then case is final thing. Call us through website for assistance

you can file for harassment for dowry under Sec.498a IPC and Sec.3,4 of DP ACT. In addition, you have a remedy under Domestic Violence Act to prevent your husband from repetition of the same by a preventive order from court.
