first and foremost file a case of domestic violence and maintainenace in the relevant court so that at least initial work is done. if he files an FIR then his address can be known from the content of FIR and the lady can go for the cruelty in that regard and file a cross FIR. To solve the issue legally that is the way but if no legal action is required to be taken then please visit the Marriage Counselor to resolve the issue

wife can file domestic Violence case and Maintenance case against the husband if the wife has no sufficient source of income. this is the very simple to file. and the wife should file a complaint before the police (concern police station)

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

First of all you have to file a complaint against your husband in the court and take a protection order from the court, and then file a complaint in the CAW cell, and you can demand many rights from the court i.e. maintenance, accommodation, security.

when he files fir he will have to disclose his contact details and what you have said is TRUE then best advice is to tell him to file FIR and his case against wife's mother is a very weak one, on the other side if wife's mother files a case husband would be in a bigger problem
