AT A MARRIAGE PARTY IS IT UNLAWFUL TO TAKE PIC OF A KNOWN WOMAN IN A GROUP standing with 2 PEOPLE. THEN POSTING THE SAME ALONG WITH OTHER MARRIAGE PHOTOS ON WHATSAPP GROUP WHERE HER HUSBAND IS A MEMBER TOO.?

when in public place there is no restrictions in taking pic of anybody and then uploading these photosbut you have to carefulthat you do not upload these pics with inappropriate site / manner / with inappropriate comments

can i sell my share in my deceased dad's property without the consent of other heirs. the property is under my dad's name and there's no will, I want to sell only my share but other family members doesn't agree. is it possible to sell with the property still under my dad's name and not get in trouble? I'm only selling my share of the property

you can sell your shareget a quote from the market and share the same with the other membersif they agree to pay then goodotherwise file a case asking for your sharecourt will give you the right to sell

Husband fled on 19th oct 24 after beating his pregnant wife with all his belongings.He and his family has never contacted wife in between.Now on 29th Nov 24 , husband calls wife asking his personal documents and saying if not given then he will file an FIR against wife's mother and giving threat of divorce.He is living separately and did not disclose his place of residence.What can be done to solve this issue where husband and his family is abusing the wife and his family?

when he files fir he will have to disclose his contact details and what you have said is TRUE then best advice is to tell him to file FIRand his case against wife's mother is a very weak one, on the other side if wife's mother files a case husband would be in a bigger problem

having intimate relationship and having it on payment basis are two different things....law is very clearif two adults get intimate during a casual meet or during a relationship or under circumstances such intimacy is taken as human but if it is paid serviceit comes under prostitution and is illegal the payment made against such services is illegal

Q: how to remind judge to pass order pending from more than 5 months

I filed a petition u/s 156(3) , the judge heard the argument after that on each date he says will pass order on next date , more than 3 dates over and 5 months ..now next date is coming in Dec and judge has also changed. i am planning to file a written argument and in which i want to remind judge to pass the order as it is pending since long. under which section shall i file application ?

giving written arguments is advisable but forcefully asking for orders is not advisable with the new presiding officer now comingit is advised do not say anything about the previous PO about delayjust talk about the reason for delivery of early order, giving oral reason for the same
