Hi, Expert my husband & his family deprt me from house , My parents took me home , but now my husband filed rcr that i stole all jewellery, Cash & expensive cloths with the help of my family. I wanted to Live with my Husband But scared wheather My Husband & Inlaws will harms me.
Hiii, Tell me ur date of marriage and have u child from ur husband? If u love so much ur husband then he will also loves u. In this case why he lodged fir against u? Which jewellery and clothes they blamed upon u, whose gives u? Ur in-laws or ur parents? U file a suit against ur in-laws " Gharelu hinsa" then they will compromise with u. At present u call ur husband and told him that u want live with him.

Hi, If your husband has filed RCR in filmsy grounds that you have taken all your ornaments (you cannot steal your own things) and went on your own, then also Court gives you opportunity. You can request for mediation through court and if all goes well, you can have an agreement submitted in the Court which would have the clause that both the parties would be cordial to each other and fulfill matrimonial obligations and rest things you are concerned about. However, it is usually difficult to get someone to mediationn if he has made mind, though it is not impossible.
