Husband filing innumerable cases after maintenance orders have been passed. The maintenance order too is not being complied with Evan after 3 years of order being passed in Dv proceedings. 498A case not being taken up, an application for further investigation is pending for over 2 years. In Divorce filed by husband the sec 24 application is not decided since 2019, but cross examination has started. Husband held guilty of contempt but not sent to custody too by Hhc or Ld trial Court in 3 years of

you need a strong lawyer who can defend you and also all cases filed can be pulled down for which you need a technical lawyer moreover getting your maitenance order is easy many dont know how to get it done thourough discussion with pros and cons needed
