Husband filed divorce case and not ready to give my kids to me

I was filed maintenance and domestic violence case against my husband and mother in law in indore. After 1 years my husband filled divorce and HMA 9 case against me in Delhi but Delhi family court dismissed his cases and punished him penalty but my husband not pay any penalty in court. After 2 years I closed my cases due to financial issues which was filled in indore family court by me. Now my husband again file divorce case on me. They also not give me my children's age 9 years and 7 years. What can I do?
Without any decision why you have closed your both cases i.e. maintenance & domestic violence. What was the result of your both cases when you closed. If you do not have any source of income how could you take care of your children. What is your answer for it. If anyone of them is girl in that case you can get the custody of the girl.

You have to file a case under the provisions of guardian and wards act for seeking custody of children . But that case will be filed at delhi bcoz children are residing at delhi. And you should also file a case of section 9 of HMA at indore family court to create pressure on your husband.
