A case against wife on the ground of adultery cannot be proved. According to your version it seems that your husband wants to get rid of you and so he planned in that way. So I suggest you to fight. Hacking your FB accounts and all is violating your privacy. Court may or may not consider.

Madam,

The email needs to be perused to render proper advice. As you said your husband has filed the case of adultery, why don't you engage a good criminal lawyer and show the evidences you have with you to him/her. You advocate will advise you better.

First you approach the Police with that email and ask for investigation where it is originated and accordingly they book in Cyber Crime. This will help you that as that evidence is fabricated and not true. Now you take a decision ...to stay with him or get divorcee. Suspecting wife comes under Mental cruelty. Dear Client,
Engage an expert advocate to deal the case. I think as per your statement sim is in his name. Then you need not worry. You can say he himself created all the story. He has been threatening you for not filing cases against you. He, in advance put you in grip of fear for not filing any cases against you. Your innocence will triumph.
