when i am not at home i found my husband with her girlfriend. also i have proof he was talking with her on massanger. I want to send the leagal notice to that girl for the same.
what can i do on this?
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about sending legal notice to the lady who you think must be having affair with your husband, but like to point out here that it is no use sending legal notice to the lady as she woman's are not been charged for adultery.

As per new legal position of 497 IPC, adultery is no more a crime, but you can claim divorce on the ground of divorce.
You can send legal notice through lawyer for divorce and other remedial measures. After that you can also proceed to court for relief
