Husband estranged. Please guide.

Hi, We were a couple working in corporate working in Pune .In 2020 , I had a brain hamorrahage .Afterwhich my husband ran away. He was staying at his native place. In May 2021, his famiy called and told about his death in covid times. But, date of death and pleace of death were not told. I tried eveything even a police complaint . Our marriage has issues He used to ran away to his native place everytime we had a fight. Point is his death certificate is not available on doing RTI. Please guide.

Hello Maam, as for the questions asked by you when we have all the relevant proof of you being the Viber, you apply for the death certificate of your husband rather than going for an RTI.
