Husband denying to keep wife and son wants to file a case under sec 9

mu husband and his family is denying to keep me and my male child.They have put sec.9 as they are showing they want to keep but in reality they are not. They are so greedy ,Their son works in a public bank on manager post and for my son if i goes there they will kill me.I want to live with him for the future of my child but want safety for the life of my and my child.is this possible.Just after the 2 months of marriage they told me to leave their house now again in the situation of operation with my 20 days son they thrown out me from the house.how can i get justice .Plz help me.we both belongs to hindu religion.
you can live with him on your condition he can not do any illegal thing with you and your son. he have to keep you in the case u/s 09. your you can also file seprate complaint case for alternative accomodation and restrain the family members of the husband.

If u want to live with your husband then its not suitable for u to move to women cell or court for getting justice so first try to settle the matter peacefully and amicably with the help of family and friends if this doesnt work then i will suggest you legal ways to get your husband back in your life.
