Husband denied to pay expenses

Hello, I am a working mother and I got married in year 2019. From day one of my marriage my husband had denied to pay for anything that is concerned to me. I had managed my expenses on my own and apart from this I contributed equally in household expenses during this period. In these years I got pregnant two times and entire expenses for the pregnancy from medicines to tests as well as doctors visit plus final c section bill was only given from my insurance policy only. What can I do now?

you can file the maintenance case before the family court, you can seek maintenance for yourself or your livelihood, you will get maintenance ,the process is very simple , you need to file a case .

what do you want mam... you are stating your condition that what you have gone through after getting married till date but what you want you have not stated. first state what you want and what you asked for and what you want the relief for that

if u want that ur husband give u monthly expenses u can file 125 cr.p.c for maintenance for u and ur children. other legal remedy also available so that u can monthy expenses from him. for more query u can contact me

Hello Madam You can seek several reliefs from the court and can easily claim for maintenance. You can file a Petition under section 125 CrPc and monetary claims under the domestic violence act. kindly contacy for more information. thanks.
