husband cheated me and is not talking to me

my husband has a H1B.
came to india. married me in oct 2018.
sometimes he will behave normal, sometimes he will torture me badly.
told me he will take me there.
went to Us and stopped talking to me from dec 2018
when asked about the visa, he didnt answer.
his parent tortured me, by not giving food, locking me in a room.
my father in law beat me.
his parents sent me out of my matrimonial house in jan 2019
i waited that they will get back to me.
i went to work in mar 2019
i mailed my husband for reunion since may 2018 till date.
no response from him.
yesterday sent a mail stating if he doesnt get back to me, ill have to take legal action.
I want to punish my father in law for beating me and my mother in law for mentally torturing me. is it possible?
i want my husband to be punished for playing with my life?
i want all people who spoilt my life to be punished for their deeds.
what should i do now

with reference to your law rato request reg to your matrimonial dispute. you can file petition before the jurisdiction magistrate for domestic violence complaint can given against the husband and also you simultaneously you can initiate criminal complaint as well. if you are looking reunion u can file for restitution before the jurisdiction family court hope I clarified the legal position
