Husband causing severe injury and illegally using my documents

Husband harrasing to get property though parents have a flat n gold .he beats for small issues uses abusive language .he broke my ear bone cartilage bleeding nose eyes Injured certified by Agarwal hospital tht eyes r damaged due to his beating . My father bedridden . he dnt want to work he want to sit idle he says . I did my MPhil biotech worked in college he beated me to stop job . aborted me 4 times . He used my certificate taking Xerox by changing to his name to get job he failed in degree . Kindly help me to get protected from body torture

You can file a complaint under section 498a in the nearest woman police station or alternatively you can approach the Court and get protection under Domestic violence act.
Protection under Domestic violence act is better as
a) you need not go to police station,
b) You will get protection of residence, interim maintenance and also compensation for torture and cruelty suffered by you.
c) Police are now a days not arresting the accused in 498a (because of lot of fake cases) and courts also grant bail in a 498a case within 60 days from date of arrest. So DVC is better as the person might not go to jail till the trial is over, but quantum of punishment is severe if convicted under DVC.
you should also note that both 498a and DVC will only get protection and if you want divorce, you will still need to file for divorce.

It seems too late . Report at nearest police station. Lodge FIR . You can file 498A. Case. And dowry probation case. If need take women protection cell help in your city. If you think he is not right person then take appropriate. Action.
